At launch, Protocol by Super Human Network is organised around four product categories: Eat, Move, Mind, and Sleep. These categories are intended to help customers discover curated wellbeing, nutrition, supplement, performance, recovery, and sleep-related products.
We aim to describe every product clearly and accurately, including key product information, price, delivery options, and any important usage instructions or warnings.
Product images are illustrative. Packaging, labels, ingredients, and availability may vary from time to time. You should always read the product label before use.
A product's true colour, texture, size, packaging, or presentation may vary slightly from images shown on your device or in our marketing. This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, incorrect, or materially not as described.

After you place an order, we will send you an email confirming that we have received it. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
Your order is accepted when we dispatch the product or otherwise confirm that the relevant service, subscription, or membership has started.
We may reject or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, incorrectly priced, unavailable in your location, restricted by law, suspected of fraud or misuse, or if we are otherwise unable to fulfil the order. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled part of the order.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and include applicable VAT or taxes unless stated otherwise.
Delivery costs and any available delivery options are shown before you complete your order.
We charge your selected payment method when you place the order unless the checkout states otherwise.
Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details ourselves.
We may correct obvious pricing errors. If the correct price is higher than the price shown at checkout, we will contact you before accepting the order or cancel and refund the order.
We currently ship to Sweden and the EU. Delivery options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, customs processing, severe weather, strikes, supply issues, or incorrect delivery information.
If delivery fails because the address was incorrect, incomplete, or because the parcel was not collected, we may charge reasonable costs for failed delivery, return shipping, storage, or redelivery where permitted by law.
Risk in physical products passes to you when the products are delivered to you or to a person you have identified to receive them.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or another jurisdiction with a statutory cooling-off period, you normally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
For goods, the 14-day period normally starts the day after you receive the goods. For services, memberships, and digital content, the period normally starts when the contract is entered into.

You must send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us that you want to withdraw. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide evidence that you have returned them.
Goods must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging where this is reasonably necessary to assess the goods.
For sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, your right of withdrawal may be lost if the seal has been broken after delivery.
We may reduce your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced because you handled them more than necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, or function.
We will refund the amount due using the original payment method unless we agree otherwise.
Once we receive and inspect a return, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed without undue delay. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds visible in your account.
Any extended commercial returns policy, such as a longer return window, free returns, or country-specific return process, should be described in a separate Refunds & Return Policy. Such a policy should not reduce your statutory consumer rights.
If a product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at the customer support contact shown on our website with your order number and photos where relevant.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms. Depending on the issue and applicable law, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, or another remedy.
If a return is required because of a fault, damage, or our error, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs as required by applicable law.
Some products may be offered as subscriptions. The subscription price, renewal interval, minimum term if any, and cancellation terms will be shown before you subscribe. Subscription mechanics should follow the recurring-order model shown at checkout.
By starting a subscription, you authorise us and our payment provider to charge your payment method for recurring subscription orders until you cancel.
Each subscription renewal forms a separate contract between you and us.
You may cancel a subscription through your account or by contacting us through the customer support contact shown on our website. To avoid the next renewal charge, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date unless a different renewal cut-off is clearly shown in your account, checkout, or subscription terms.
If a renewal order has already been processed, packed, or dispatched before cancellation, the normal returns and withdrawal rules apply to that renewal order.
If we change the subscription price, we will give you notice before the change applies and explain how to cancel if you do not accept the change.
If a payment fails, we may retry the payment, ask you to update your payment method, pause fulfilment, or cancel the subscription.
Protocol offers or may offer an annual paid membership that gives access to benefits such as member pricing, early access to drops, curated bundles, content, community features, or other member-only experiences, as described when you sign up.
Membership benefits may change over time, but we will not materially reduce paid benefits during a paid membership period without giving reasonable notice where required by law.
You may cancel your annual membership through your account or by contacting us through the customer support contact shown on our website. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund annual membership fees already paid unless required by law or stated in the membership offer.
